RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY

The Residences are privately-owned condominium units that are available for short, medium, and long-term rental terms. They are professionally managed by IIC Management Company, Limited (IICM), a St. Kitts company with offices and full time property managers on site.

IICM is a privately-held company that is licensed by the St. Kitts Financial Services Regulatory Commission to develop, market, and manage real property in St. Kitts. It is also the joint venture partner of the developer and owner of the St. Kitts Resort.
