Yes, each tenant will have an online portal to make these regular online payments.
Do you collect last month’s rent in addition to a security deposit?
Yes.
How big are the beds?
All beds are king size, and each unit has a sleeper sofa.
How fast is the internet service provided?
The download speed is up to 20 Mbps and includes a wireless router.
Is Cable TV provided in the rental service?
We provide Cable TV which includes sports and movie channels.
How much electricity usage is included in the base rent?
As of December 1, 2015, the following monthly rates and usages are in effect:
For Studio units there is a cap of US$200 per month, which equals about 833 kWh.
For One Bedroom Type B units there is a cap of US$250 per month, which equals about 1,041 kWh.
For One Bedroom Type A and C units there is a cap of US$300 per month, which equals about 1,250 kWh.
Usage in excess of these allowances will be billed to the tenant at cost.
How much security deposit is required?
A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking is allowed on the premises.
